Taiwan says a record 38 Chinese planes have entered the defensive zone

Taiwan reported that 38 Chinese military aircraft entered the air defense identification zone on Friday. This is the largest kind of Beijing ever.
The Pentagon said planes, including nuclear bombers, entered the area in two waves.
Taiwan responded by scrambling the plane and deploying a missile system.
China sees democratic Taiwan as another state, but Taiwan sees itself as a sovereign state.
Taiwan has been complaining about the repeated missions of the Chinese Air Force near the island for over a year. Taiwan’s Prime Minister Su Tseng-chang told reporters on Saturday that “China has been meaninglessly involved in military aggression and has hurt regional peace.”
The Beijing government, which has a history of 72 years since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, has not made public comments so far.
However, he previously said that such a flight protected his sovereignty, which was also aimed at a “conspiracy” between Taiwan and the United States.
What is behind the separation of China and Taiwan? In a statement, the Taiwanese Ministry of Defense said 25 PLA planes had entered the southwestern part of the Air Defense Identification Zone (ADIZ) during the day near Las Atoll on the Platas Islands. An air defense identification zone is an area outside the territory of a country and its airspace, but an area where foreign aircraft are still identified, monitored, and controlled for national security.
It’s self-evident and technically remains in international airspace.
This was followed by a second wave of 13 Chinese aircraft in the same area on Friday night. They are flying over the sea between Taiwan and the Philippines.
